Our Team
Tina is truly the essence of Aneu. Owner of the salon, as well as a stylist, Tina shares over 30 years of experience. A graduate of Wilfred Academy in White Plains, Tina has had the opportunity to learn and work alongside many great stylists, and in return, has mentored and taught those just starting out. Active in the Pawling commerce community, Tina loves being a business owner and working with some of the most amazing women that she knows! Her incredibly warm and genial personality establishes the ambiance of the salon, while Tina’s love and dedication to her craft, along with the respect and loyalty of her staff and clients, represents her success.
Diana trained and worked independently in lower Westchester, New Jersey and Long Island. She has brought great talent and an incredibly welcoming spirit to Aneu. Diana is able to meet all hair challenges and can always find the perfect cut for any and all hair types. Diana’s great attributes are emphasized in color, highlight and corrective coloring. When not working, Diana is raising three daughters and adding to her own personal style while browsing in Ann Taylor Loft!
Lorianne is a graduate of Capri Cosmetology in Newburgh, New York, Prior to joining Aneu, Lorianne worked in a salon in Mahopac, New York. Understanding and truly listening to a client’'s interests and needs, as well as considering their lifestyle, is how Lorianne creates haircuts and styles that make her clients feel their very best every single day. Lorianne’s experience extends to skin care and she also holds the role as Aneu’s facialist. Knowing that a client feels good about themselves is one of the things that Lorianne loves most about her career choice. A long-time resident of the village of Pawling, Lorianne continues to enjoy walks through the village and time with family and friends. Contemplating a new purse or coat, or indulging in a good reality television show or crime documentary, are other ways that Lorianne enjoys spending her time when not styling!
Stephany trained at the Carsten Aveda Institute in New York City and has been in the industry for over 15 years. A seasoned professional, Stephany has owned her own private concierge hair and makeup service, is well versed in color placement, correction and creative application such as balayage, and specializes in extensions. Clients are attracted to Stephany’s passion for custom cuts and color, and trust that Stephany will deliver a finished product that serves them well aesthetically and functionally at home. Stephany believes that “a cut can do more to shape a face, whereas, color is the supporting star!” A lover of all things beautiful, if Stephany hadn’t pursued a career in hair styling, she may have chosen landscape design or construction as a vocation! Stephany’s greatest role in life is that of wife and mother to two. Spending time with her family, as well as her deep devotion to her faith, are the most important parts of her life.
Isabel is Aneu’s facial bar specialist! As of October 2025, Isabel is a New York state certified and licensed esthetician, providing clients at Aneu with customized facials, microdermabrasion, peels and more. Isabel has been part of the Aneu family since she was in high school, working part-time at the reception desk. Over the years, she has made meaningful relationships with clients and most especially the gals at Aneu; always grateful and appreciative of the valuable knowledge and life lessons they have imparted on her. In addition to her work at Aneu, Isabel currently attends Pace University in Pleasantville, NY, and is pursuing a degree in speech pathology. When Isabel is not at the salon, you can find her with a book in hand, hiking with her boyfriend and puppy or in the kitchen whipping up something delicious!
Our receptionists greet our clients with a smile as they welcome them to Aneu!
Clare, a retired maternity nurse, is our Salon Manager and is usually your first experience with the salon. There is no doubt of Clare’s organized skills at the front desk as well as throughout the salon; she is a multi-tasker and never seizes to amaze. Also, as a long-term patron of the salon herself, Clare has the understanding to truly make a client feel at home. Caring for Aneu’s clients as the stylists work their magic is her favorite part of the reception role. Clare’s nurturing skills extend past Aneu as she keeps busy raising a teenage daughter!
With many years of reception work at a prestigious dermatology office, Gemma fills one of the hardest seats in the salon with style and grace. Her name says it all; she is truly a gem! Reception is one of the hardest seats in the salon and Gemma does it with style and grace.
Our team at Aneu also includes professionally licensed massage therapists, with flexible hours to accommodate our clients' schedules.
